Smoking Cessation

Hypnosis has a higher success rate than any other method of helping people to stop smoking

Using hypnosis makes becoming a non-smoker easier than most people ever thought possible.  The unwanted side effects of cravings, becoming irritable or substituting something else are minimised or even eradicated completely.  All you have to do is put in a bit of effort and leave hypnosis to do the rest.  Most people give up after just one session.

This is how it works
During hypnosis your subconscious mind is re-programmed using post-hypnotic suggestions so that you begin to believe you are a non-smoker.  After the session these suggestions are reinforced as you relax to a CD for about 30 minutes each day for 10 - 14 days whilst you put in your bit of effort to stop smoking.  Each session lasts about 1¼ hours and during the session you allow yourself to relax in hypnosis whilst very powerful suggestions are “implanted” into the mind.  Highly effective NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques are also used to reinforce the suggestions and the power of your imagination is also utilised to create a deep response within you.   The majority of people find it much easier than they ever expected.

Safety net
Just in case you need more help a second session within three months is available free of charge.  Most people don’t need this but it’s there in the event of you having difficulties.

One person dies in the UK every five minutes from smoking-related diseases.  So, if you are seriously thinking about becoming a non-smoker, don’t wait.  Remember that smoking is a health depriving, financially damaging, smelly and anti-social habit which has absolutely NO positive effects.
